Ingredients
12 oz. of whole wheat spaghetti 0 oz. of spinach1/2 a medium onion3 tbsps, of olive oil
Directions
1. Cook spaghetti as package indicates.
2. Blanch spinach.
3. Place spinach, olive oil, and onion in blender.
4. Blend for 1 minute.
5. Pour over cooked spaeghetti.
