Meatloaf

Ingredients
2.5 pounds of 95% lean ground beef1/3 cup fat free milk1/3 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)4 tbsp ketchup10 slices light bread(Nickles light bread-white)
Directions
Put milk, egg substitute, and ketchup in a bowl and mix well. Tear bread up into small chunks and put into bowl with mixture. Mix well. Next, add in all of the ground beef. Mix together well.(I use my hands). Spray a baking pan with a non-stick spray. Put meatloaf in pan, pressing it together into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done(no pink).
