Chick-Pea Dip with Pita, Chicken and Tomato

Ingredients
1 can rinsed chick peasjuice of 1 lemon1 garlic clove1 T. extra virgin olive oil2 large (6") whole wheat pitas1 large chopped tomato1 chicken breast w/o skin1 T. Newman's Own Light Balsamic VinaigretteMrs. Dash or herbs to taste1 t. paprika (sweet) or cayenne (spicy) to taste
Directions
Slice chicken into tenders. Marinate in the light balsamic vinaigrette while preparing the rest...

Put chick peas, lemon juice, garlic clove and olive oil in food processor and process until smooth. Add paprika or cayenne for color and taste.

Cut pitas into wedges.

Saute chicken tender slices.

Toss Mrs. Dash or herbs with tomato.

Arrange on plate and enjoy!

Note: for added texture, toast pita wedges at 350F for about 5 minutes or until crisp.
