Linda's clam chowder

Ingredients
1 c canned clam meat, drained (reserve liquid)1 1/2 c diced celery1 1/2 c diced carrots3 c diced potatoes3/4 c diced green pepper3/4 c diced red pepper2 cans diced tomatoes, no salt added1 can mixed vegetables
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a crock pot including juice from clams and mixed vegetables. Turn crock pot on high and cook until all vegetables are tender. Makes 7 - 1 1/2 c servings
