Parmesan Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
Directions
1 Lb. Ground Turkey, Lean3/4 c. chopped onion1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped1/4 cup egg beaters1 clove garlic minced1 tsp. Italian seasonings
Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Then form into meatballs. Place in a baking dish that is sprayed with olive oil or covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 - 40 min. in a 375 degree oven.
