Cheese and Mushroom Tart

Butter (unsalted) 1 tbsp Onions, 0.25 cupGarlic, crushed 1 tsp Bacon, sliced 1/3 cupMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slicesSpinach, chopped, 1 cup Basil, Thyme, Sage, Rosemary, Oregano Eggs, 3 large Heavy Cream, 3/4 cupWholegrain mustardCheddar Cheese, grated 1 1/2 cup
Preheat oven to 180
Butter baking dish
In pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 1 min. Add bacon and cook for 3 min. Add mushrooms, spinach and herbs and cook for 7 min, stirring occasionally.
Whisk eggs, cream and mustard in a bowl.
Spoon mushroom mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour egg mixture on top. Bake for 30 min.
