Ingredients
* Corn Tortillas, 10 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) (remove) * *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Garlic, 1 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove) * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove) * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
makes 5 servings of 2 enchilada's each. Brown meat, add spices and onions and garlic, saute, add sour cream and stir. soften tortilla's in oil, fill, and roll tortillas and place on a baking dish, bake in a 350 oven till heated through and soft, pour red chili sauce or any other sauce you want, follow with sour cream or cheese or salsa if prefered...
