Favorite Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 c flour1/4 c sugar1 heaping tsp baking powder1 tsp baking sodapinch morton lite salt1 1/4 c buttermilk1/4 c canola oil1 egg2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extract
Directions
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk all wet ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients. Allow to stand a few minutes while you warm up a frying pan or electric griddle (works best). Add about 1/2 cup batter and brown lightly on both sides.

Makes 15 pancakes.

Serve with sliced bananas, blueberries, strawberries, or warmed apple slices and small abount of your favorite syrup.
