Raspberry Dream Dessert

Ingredients
1 10-oz. bag frozen raspberries1/3 cup red jelly (pomegranate or red currant)1 & 1/2 cups, plus 1 Tbsp, water3 Tbsp minute tapioca (shake or stir before measuring)
Directions
Put all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Spoon into 6 individual dessert dishes, or pour into glass serving bowl. Cover and chill. Makes 6 servings, about 80 calories each.

Serving suggestions: top each serving with 1/4 cup plain or vanilla fat-free yogurt, or lite whipped topping; sprinkle with cinnamon and/or 1 Tbsp sliced almonds. Yogurt adds 30-40 calories; 1 Tbsp sliced almonds about 40 calories.
