4 boneless pork chops4 TBSP ketchup4 TBSP brown sugar4 slices onion
Preheat oven to 350.
Place chops in single layer on bottom of shallow baking dish.
Top each chop with one slice of onion, then one TBSP ketchup each, then one TBSP brown sugar each.
Cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover dish and bake for 30 additional minutes.

Made for dinner tonight. Added Cumin, Garlic, Chili Powder, Dry Mustard, and Onion Powder to Ketchup and Brown Sugar. I didn't fully read the recipe so only cooked for 30 min. uncovered. WONDERFUL! My 20 yr old son couldn't stop raving & wonders when I will make again-SOON. Thanks for posting. - 1/10/12
