Chops with Apple Raisin Sauce over Pasta

3 pork tenderloin chops trimmed of fatground celery seedcinnamon1 cup chopped up dried apples1 cup vegetable broth1/2 cup apple cider6 oz dry bow-tie pasta, cooked as directed
sprinkle pork with ground celery seed and cinnamon. Cook in a pan that's been sprayed with cooking spray. When meat is done, remove and keep warm. In the same pan, add broth, cider, dried apples, and raisins. Cook until apples have puffed up and liquid has reduced. Serve over bow tie pasta.
