Chicken Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
1 (9.75 oz) can of chicken breast2 medium stalks of celery, diced1/3 cup red onion, diced1/4 cup dried cranberries3 T. light mayonnaise2 cups shredded Romaine lettucepepper to taste
Directions
Drain chicken. Mix chicken, celery, onions, cranberries and mayonnaise well. Pepper to taste. Divide mixture into 2 servings. Serve on a bed of 1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce.
