7 cups of shredded cabbage1 cup of shredded carrots2 TBL cider vinegar1/4 cup of non fat milk1 TBL salt3 TSP Splenda24 TBL of light Miracle Whip (or about 1.5 cups)
Mix cider vinegar, non fat milk, light miracle whip, salt and splenda in a bowl with the back of a spoon until creamy and few lumps.
Mix dressing with cabbage and carrots until blended. Chill for best results.
