Really good. I often use lime juice rather than lemon & add cracked black pepper or red pepper flakes...good with deli meats, veggies, & Dijon mustard for gyro style sandwichs, salmon as suggested, veggie crudites, or w/chips and crackers...versatile. As BRIARMAMA said, can be "sweet" to go w/fruit. - 8/8/08

    Recipe was calculated using low-fat not nonfat - that's why there is 6.2 g. - 8/8/08

Good point.... why DOES it have 6.2% fat? Something isn't calculated correctly.
Nevertheless, it sounds wonderful and I will try it with my next grilled salmon filet. Thanks! - 8/8/08

Sounds delicious and I can think of sooo many uses. Sread in and rolled smoked salmon ohr am, topping salmon or tuna steaks. Versatile - thats what I like! Change the herbs to cinnamon and/or ginger can be a 'sweet' topping. - 8/8/08
