Pesto Couscous

Ingredients
2/3 cup Couscous (dry)1 Pkg. Knorr Pesto Sauce Mix (dry)1/8 Cup Olive Oil1 Cup Chicken Broth2/3 Cup Water
Directions
Bring broth and 2 tsp oil to a boil then stir in dry couscous. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
In seperate pan whisk together remaining oil (2 Tbsp), water, and Pesto mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix together with couscous.
