Yummy Egg Bake

12 eggs1 loaf(16oz) french bread1 lb. pork sausage ground or links3c. 1% milk6 oz. cheese(shredded) seasonings to taste
1.Brown sausage in a pan, then drain well. I use sausage links so i cut them into bit size pieces.
2. slice french bread load in to slices and then cube it. Place in 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
3. In a large mixing bow mix 12 eggs and 3 cups milk together. I use a mixer for this so the eggs get nice a fluffy. Season the eggs to your taste. I use garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and celery salt.
4. Spread the sausage evenly over the top of the cubed bread. Then place the shredded cheese over the top. I use a mix of cheddar and Swiss cheese. Evenly drizzle the egg mixture over everything.
5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 mins.

I like to serve mine with a side of fresh fruits such as bananas, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
