Put tomatoes and oil in food processor and mix together, puree as thin as you prefer (I prefer it chunkier). Add basil, oregano, garlic, and salt (not necessary) to taste. This recipe does not include the bread that the bruschetta goes on top of. One serving= 2 tablespoons.
