Stovetop Barbecue Pork

12oz Boneles pork in cubes1tbs Black Pepper1tbs Dried Rosemary Leaves1tbs Ground Coriander1tbs Cumin1tbs Dried Oregano Leaves1tbs Brown Sugar (packed)1/2tbs paprika1 small onion1/2cup chopped green pepper3 cloves garlic1/2cup Kraft Honey Barbecue Sauce
Combine herbs and spices with salt, sugar, onion, garlic and green pepper in your blender or food processor. Process until liquified. Marinate one hour to overnight.
Place meat in one layer in a medium nonstick skillet with marinade. Cook covered over low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add barbecue sauce and stir to enccorperate into meat juices. Let simmer uncovered on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until most of the water evaporates.
