Orange Country Style Pork Ribs

1 3/4 to 2 lbs. country style boneless pork ribs1 tbsp olive oil1/8 tsp creole seasoning1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp flour1 medium onion1/3 c chicken broth1 tsp orange zest (or peel)1/2 c fresh squeezed orange juice2 tbsp orange marmalade1 clove garlic crushed1 tbsp cider or wine vinegar
trim ribs of excess fat and sprinkle with seasonings. toss in a food storage bag with flour until they are coated.
heat the olive oil in a large skillett over medium heat; add ribs and brown on all sides. add chopped onion and continue sauteeing until the onion is tender.
Add the chicken broth; cover and simmer about 20 minutes. combine the remaining ingredients and add to the skillet. simmer uncovered about 10 minutes or until reduced and slightly thickened. cover and simmer 5 to 10 more minutes until pork seems tender.
