Easy Korean Kimchi Tuna Soup

Ingredients
2 cups kimchi (the older the better)1 tin hot pepper tuna4 tsp chopped garlic1 Tbsp sesame oil3 Tbsp ground red pepper
Directions
1. Cut kimchi smaller if needed and drain tuna.
2. Put everything in a pot, add 1.5 cups of water, bring to the boil, then simmer for at least 20 minutes.

This recipe can be reheated multiple times and actually tastes better the longer it has been cooked for.
