1 and 1/2 Large Boneless Chicken Breast Cubed (13-16 ounces)1/2 cup chopped apples1/2 cup chopped broccoli floretts5 baby carrots chopped2 tablespoons chopped vidalia green onions1/4 cup dried sweetened cranberries1/8 cup of slivered almonds2 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits4 tbsp Kraft Light Mayo1 pinch of seasoned salt
Cook Chicken (Broil or Boil) for about 30 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool. While it is cooling: Cut up your apple, broccoli, carrots and onions and mix with all other ingredients in a bowl.
Chop up your chicken and mix together well.
Serve with your choice of: Bread, Reduced Fat Crackers, Pita or on a bed of lettuce & other veggies.
