* Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 142 grams (remove) * Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz), 0.25 cup (remove) * *Splenda, 48 tsp (remove) * Half and Half Cream, 2 cup (remove) * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix all together and churn in an ice cream maker for 25 minutes. Makes 7 servings
