Tuna Salad for One

Ingredients
3 oz tuna in water, drained1/2 large red bell pepper, chopped1 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Dijon mustard2 tsp capers or chopped picklessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over mixed greens, or as an open-faced sandwich on corn tortillas (not included in calorie count).
