General Tso' Chicken, low fat

Ingredients
1 lb of chicken breasts, cut into cubes1 Egg, fresh0.25 cup of White FlourGinger Root, 2 slices (1" dia)Garlic, 3 clove2 Green OnionsSauce:0.25 cup of Chicken Broth2 tbsp of Splenda2 tbsp of White Vinegar1 tbsp of Hoisin Sauce1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 tsp Cornstarch1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Directions
Mix Sauce ingredients together until sugar has dissolved.
Mix chicken and an egg. Bread in flour, saute in pan until cooked.
Spray a pan with cooking spray, add onions, ginger and garlic, saute for 1 min, add sauce and chicken.
Serve over rice if desired (rice is not added to nutrition info)
