chick pea salad

Ingredients
* Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 can * Tomato, grape * Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped * Black Olives, 1/2 cup * juice from 1 Lemon * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * 1 med Green Pepper * Parsley, 1/2 cup salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut up pepper, onion, and half tomatoes. Put into bowl with 1 can chick peas, and sliced black olives. Chop some parsley and put into bowl. Put juice of one lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix together and refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 6 one cup servings. Enjoy!
