Ingredients
2 1lb jars of ragu classic alfredo16 fettuccine noodles1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
cook noodles according to pkg directions

cut up chicken into bit sized pieces season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. cook until half done. add worcestershire sauce to chicken. cook until done. drain off extra sauce and let chicken brown

drain water from noodles
mix chicken noodles and sauce together and heat until hot
serves 10

    This was a little too high in calories, but fast, easy and tasty. I found a recipe where you make your own sauce with chicken broth, flour and light cream cheese. I use the chive and onion. Brings Cals down to 300. I will post the full recipe as soon as I get permission from the creator. - 3/31/07

    seems pretty high in calories and fat and not alot of fiber. I make chicken helper alfredo sometimes and it is quite a bit lower in fat and calories. - 3/28/07
