Ingredients
1 12 oz package of ocra bay wild keta salmon fillets2 TBSP Lemon Juice2 tsp EVOO1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash - originalCrisco cooking spray
Directions
makes 3 servings 4 oz each.
preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray baking dish
place skin side down of salmon, sprinkle the lemon juice over it. then EVOO, Salt, pepper, Mrs. dash. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
