Orzo Pasta, 2 cupPeas, frozen, 1.5 cup Celery, cooked, 1 cup, dicedCarrots, cooked, 2 carrotSpinach, frozen, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 small Vegetable Broth, 4 cup *BacOs Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp1 tsp. chopped garlic1.25 tsp. marjoram1 tsp. saltOlive Oil, 1.5 tbsp Saute onion, celery, carrot and garlic in olive oil (can leave this step out and omit the oil if you're really going super low fat). Add 4 cups vegetable broth and 4 cups water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 min. Add peas and spinach and marjoram and simmer 10 min. more. Add pasta and boil for 12 min. Can use acini de pepe, ditalini or orzo pasta. Can use less pasta.Salt to taste.
