Ingredients
3/4 lb. ground beef1/3 cup chopped onion1 tbsp chili powder1/2 tsp dry mustard1 can corn1 cup diced green pepper1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce1/2 cup water1 cup Minute Rice, white1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown beef and onion in skillet, drain. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water. Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
