Super Easy Healthy Alfredo Sauce

1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light8 oz (one package) fat free cream cheese2 cups fat free skim milk2 oz grated parmesan cheese1 cup chopped broccoli, can use frozen3 cloves garlic, minced1/8 tsp pepper2 tsp garlic powder
Use just enough ICBINB to saute the garlic until fragrant; then add the remaining ICBINB in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smooth out lumps. Stir in Parmesan, broccoli and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long. Makes eight 3/4 cup servings.
