1 Tablespoon of Ghee or Butter1 Large sweet potatoe, shredded1/2 med. onion sliced1/4 teaspoon chili powder1/2 teaspoon garlic powder2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
Melt Ghee in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and sweet potatoes, cover and cook stirring occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender and onions are soft, about 10 minutes.
Stir in Chili powder, Garlic powder and Brown Sugar. Cook uncovered until potatoes are golden brown on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Turn and allow the potatotes to brown on the other side.
