Tex Mex Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/2 pound of chicken, cooked and cut into strips1 cup black beans, drained6 oz frozen corn11 oz jar salsa1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Directions
Thaw out the frozen corn in microwave. Mix the cooked chicken strips, black beans, corn, and red wine vinegar together in a bowl. (you can add the salsa here too, but I like to add it as a topping)
Serve on lettuce or in tortillas (not included in calories for this reciped)
**I like to take out a portion of this and heat it up in the microwave and serve it on lettuce - if I have enough calories free for the day - I add reduced fat cheese and sour cream on top!!! :)
