Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cupAll purpose flour, 1 cupBaking Powder, 2.5 tspSalt, 1/2 tspEgg Beaters, Liquid Egg Whites, 3 tbsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/4 c.Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cupChocolate chips, mini, sugar-free, 1 c. Naturally More Peanut Butter, 0.25 c. Banana, fresh, 0.3 cup, mashed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Splenda, milk, banana, and Egg Beaters together well. Separately, stir together flours, baking powder, and salt. Add liquids to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened; add peanut butter and chocolate chips. Fill greased or lined muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
