Weight Watcher's French Toast

1 Large Egg8 Slices of Weight Watcher's Whole Wheat Bread1 cup of 1% milk1 tsp ground cinnamon2 Tbsp Canola oil (to cook)8 Tbsp ED Smith Syrup
Mix together Egg and milk and cinnamon in small low casserole dish.
Heat (medium heat) large frying pan and add 1 Tbsp of oil ~ put oil in pan after it is heated and you will use less oil!
Dunk 4 slices of bread, one by one, into your egg mixture and place in frying pan. Cook each side until slightly browned.
Repeat with remaining 4 slices.
Makes 4 servings ~ 2 slices each
