Bomb-ass Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
6 eggs3 oz / 85 g (5 small round slices) canadian bacon2 Tbsp brown sugar3 Tbsp fresh chunky salsa or pico de gallo1/4 cup monterey jack cheese4 small flour tortillas4 Tbsp light sour cream
Directions
Cook the canadian bacon with small amount of cooking spray and brown sugar until well done and slightly crispy. Add eggs. Cook until done. Add cheese and salsa and cook just till warm.

Warm the tortillas on the stove and fill burritos with the eggs. Add additional salsa and sour cream to taste. Serve and enjoy!
