Diabetic Coleslaw w/Apples

Ingredients
1/4 c plain low fat yogurt1/4 tsp each salt and pepper2 tsp cider vinegar1/2 tsp coarse ground mustard2 packets Equal sweetener1 c thinly sliced apples, unpeeled2 c shredded cabbage
Directions
Mix together yogurt, salt and pepper, vinegar, mustard and artificial sweetener until well combined and set aside. Place the apples and cabbage into serving bowl, pour yogurt mixture over top and gently toss. Serve immediately.
