Chicken Chow Mein Wok-it (Ainsley Harriot)

150 g egg noodles1 tsp oil1 onion, thinly sliced2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced1 tbsp ginger, minced1 cup bean sprouts1.5 cup snap peas6 oz cooked chicken, shredded1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
Cook the noodles in a large pan of boiling water according to packet instructions.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion over a high heat for 2-3 minutes until beginning to brown. Add the garlic, ginger (if using), beans sprouts, and snap peas and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Drain the noodles well and add to the wok with the chicken and soy sauce; cook for 2 minutes until piping hot. Stir in the sweet chili sauce and serve immediately
