Veg & Chick Stir Fry

Ingredients
Tsp. seseme oilsmall red bell pepper (sliced)small onion (sliced)1 C sliced raw mushrooms5 asperagus spears1 C cabbage (shreded)1 C chopped lgt meat chicken (pre-cooked)3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
Directions
Warm seseme oil in lg. frying pan.
Turn to med. high heat
add all vegetables
Pour teriyaki sauce over frying vegetables
when tender, add the pre-cooked chicken and cook until it is warm.
