1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese.1/4 cup light mayonnaise1/4 cup water2 tablespoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/8 teaspoon dry mustard2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Drizzleover torn Raomaine lettuce and top with garlic croutons if desired.
