Ingredients
2 cups finely cracked wheat8-10 cups of water1/2 t cinnamon1 t cardamom1/2 cup sugar2 cups 1% milk
Directions
Bring the cracked wheat and water up to a boil, then turn to a low simmer. Watch the pot because it'll boil over. Add the sugar and spices. Once the daliya is thickened up and is cooked to your taste, add in the milk.

    I ususally get mine from an Indian/Middle Eastern grocery store. If your main grocery store doesn't carry it, maybe try a local coop or health food place? I prefer to use *fine* cracked wheat for this dish.
