2C. Fresh Spinach1T. Shredded Parmesan Cheese20 Cherry Tomatos1T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1C. Chicken Breast4 Leaves Basil5 Sprigs Parsley2T. Sunflower Seeds
Directions
1. Add first 5 ingredients.
2. Mix olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped basil,salt and pepper and add to salad.
3. Add sunflower seeds, if desired.
