Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 5Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .5 cup Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .75 cup, shredded Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels Salsa, 1 cup
Directions
layer salsa, tortilla, chicken & corn, tortilla, ricotta, tortilla...repeat ending with chicken & corn, remaining salsa and top with cheddar cheese. Bake @ 350-375 for about an hour
