Homemade Chicken & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
4 chicken breast10 oz bag mixed vegetable fresh or frozen2 stalks celery1 cup chopped onions10 fresh green beans(snaps)1/2 cup fresh mushrooms2 chicken bouillons1 tbsp Goya sofrito soup base5 cups of water(more or less depending on amount making--I just filled my crockpot)1 bay leaftymerosemarysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Add all ingredients together in crockpot and cook on high for about 2 hours or until beans and veggies are done.

    Easy to make. Delicious. I have made this twice. Today I doubled the recipe so my husband and I can have it for lunch all week.
    I don't make mine in the crock pot since I don't have one. I brown the chicken first and then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to heat and lower to a simmer. - 10/31/15
