Pickled Beets

(4) 15 oz. cans of sliced beets2 cups Splenda2 cups vinegar1 small onion, diced6 large bay leaves
Directions
Combine ingredients ni large pot and simmer (not boil) for 1 hour.

Refrigerate and serve.
