Ingredients
2-3 Baby Yukon Potatos per person1-2 tbsp Butter1.5 tsp Parsley
Directions
Cut up potatos in small 1/2-3/4 inch pieces
Place in baking pan
with butter and parsley
place in oven after 5 minutes pull out pan and mix thoroughly so the butter and parsley coats all pieces
place back in oven til tender
