Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon2 tbsp canola oil1/3 cup water1 to 1 1/4 soy milk1 tsp vanilla2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients together. Then incorporate the wet into the dry and cook on a sprayed skillet until golden.
