Ingredients
4 stalks Bok Choy, white and green parts-choppedCelery - 2 stalks deiced1/2 - Green Pepper diced1 Cup Cherry tomatoes - chopped1 Avocado - skin and pit removed, diced1/2 Grapefruit, sectioned and juiced
Directions
Chop bok choy, celery, green pepper and tomatoes. Combine. Add chopped avocado and grapefruit sections. Squeeze the grapefruit over the top and serve.
