Artichoke and White Bean Dip

1 can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed1tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice1 package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed, drained and chopped1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese1/3 cup light mayo1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp hot pepper sauce1/4 black pepper4 slices turkey bacon2 tbsp chives or green onions
Puree the white beans and lemon juice. Mix in the artichokes, cheese, mayo, garlic, sauces, and pepper. Spoon into baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with bacon and chives. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Serve with baked tortilla chips, pita bread, or crudite. Makes 12 1/3- cup servings.
