Buckwheat Beer Bread

Ingredients
3. cups of buckwheat flour2. T of sugar1 T. of baking powder1t. of salt1 can 12oz beer...i used miller lite (96cal)1.5oz of chopped pumpkin seeds2.5oz of chopped raisins
Directions
combine all dry ingredients
add beer and mix together
grease 9x5 bread pan and preheat oven to 350...
put batter in pan and press down evenly.
bake for 1 hour...let stand for 5 min...
enjoy
