Chicken in Artichoke Mushroom Wine Sauce, slow cooker

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces Artichokes, frozen, 2 package (8-9 oz each) Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, slices Walden Farms carb free alfredo sauce, 1 jarWhite Wine, 6 fl oz (optional)Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (or other leafy greens)
Directions
Cut the chicken into preferred size pieces. Put veggies in bottom of crock pot and set chicken on top. Mix wine and alfredo sauce together and pour over chicken. Season to taste--I use a LOT of garlic pepper, but experiment with whatever you like. I accidently bought some fresh collard greens instead of spinach one day and loved the stronger flavor and texture it added to this recipe. Crock pots are so variable and mine tends to get too hot, but I have cooked this for as little as 2 hours on high or as much as 8 on low and it has always turned out fine. You might add a little water if yours cooks hot or you know you will be away for a while. Hope you like it!
